Items are shipped via USPS. Rates vary and are currently calculated based on weight, the size of the box and your postal code.

If you encounter a problem with your order, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know of any issues.   

Please read carefully:

• You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. 
• Items must be returned in the same condition we shipped them to you.  
• We do not refund shipping costs unless it was our error.
• We charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns because our items are all made to order.
